Payment

Orders only accepted with full payment via cheque or postal order. We are very sorry but at the moment we cannot accept orders online, with credit/debit card transactions, or bank transfers. Also do not send cash.

UK Customers: Make cheques/postal orders payable in pounds sterling to Torrentis Products.

Customers from outside the UK: If you are from outside the United Kingdom and using another currency please add the equivalent of £5 sterling to cover bank charges. Make cheques payable to Torrentis Products.

Postage & Packing

UK Customers: Orders sent via Royal Mail, unless otherwise requested.

Customers from outside the UK: Contact us before sending your order to agree Post & Package charges. Please note this will not include any local import duties or taxes that the buyer may incur with a purchase from the UK.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 to 7 days, however because of varying stock levels please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Guarantee

Torrentis Products takes pride in the quality of its products, but if you find any of the goods defective please return them with original packaging within 7 days for a refund or replacement.

Returns Policy

In addition to the product guarantee if your purchase is not what you wanted simply return to us in an unused condition with original packaging within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
